I can walk into a cash advanced place, Continue down the road. Walk into the Rent a Rim place, Lay down some cash from the advanced place. Then proceed to walk to my car after the rims are installed. Use My new cell phone that i purchased from a convience store ( while Waiting for the install ). Call up moms, She says RALPH is in jail again. Then go to the Bail Bond Place . bail out RALPH.
