That’s backspacing. Offset is the distance between the centerline of the wheel and the mounting sufrace.

I’m sorry about that… :roll:

7 divided by 2 is 3.5"

center line of wheel is 3.5" from edge of bead of tire
Plus 0.5" for dimension fro bead of tire to bead of rim

4.0" is the center line of wheel from edge of rim

5-5/8" is the measurement from back edge of rim to the face of the mounting

5-5/8" minus 4.0" is 1-5/8" which I guess would be the distance from the centerline to the mounting face of the rim

So I guess the offset would be 25.4 mm plus 16mm

so I guess the offset is approx 41 or 42mm

sound about right, they are fwd offset rims then.
would be good with a 20mm spacer or larger.
