Since they’re a cook at bar I assume they’re not loaded have a lawyer spend 20 min writing a strongly worded letter and scare them

I will write a strongly worded letter and go beat his ass with a sock full of quarters. It will probably cost more than just hiring a Lawyer though.
Lawyer powers are over estimated. Most people know that lawyer fees and even going to court would cost $1,000 or more and not worth the fight.
With the number of really smart people I have seen get scared over strongly worded cease and desist

This is most likely because one of the other admins removed you as an admin. The best thing you can do is reach out to the other admins and ask them to add you back.
Note that there are different kinds of Page admins. Managers can add and remove admins, so be sure you choose your Page managers carefully.
