So here is what I was told:
Paul hired the facebook guy to build him a website called “facefacts” that was very similar to facebook for $1000 and they would both own the site 50/50. For every day this website was late after the date it was supposed to be up Paul would own another 1%… it was 34 days late and therefore he says he owns 84%. I guess Paul and the facebook guy split up somehow after this “facefacts” site was created and the facebook guy copied the site to create facebook.
I hate to say because my opinion of Paul is not very good but he may have something with this lawsuit.

It would be epic if he won the 84% stake and then just shut it down. Some of my facebook addict friends who feel the need to share every meal, cd selection and bowel movement would probably kill themselves if they didn’t have an outlet to share every mundane detail of their lives.

As much as I hate Zuckerberg and his quest to control all the information and own it (on top of how shady he is in general), in 2003 he said he coded something that was for the site. If he did the small part and vanished, where was he this whole time in the grown of the site. Why didnt he go after the poor college boy Zuckerberg.
