T56 or T5? I think its a T5 but I’m not 100%.
Shifter isnt marked with a part number but I did find 2 empty boxes that say the following :
1993-2000 Camaro with T56
1983-2000 camaro with T5 5 speed

From the angle, it looks to small to be a t-56, so I’d bet 95% it’s a T-5.
Is the Length to Width baseplate almost the same or closer to 2:1? (Close to square is T-5, 2:1 rectangular is T-56)
Yeah,its definitely close to a square.
