we need to have a meet at the steel valley raceway, its a 1/8 mile paved strip and we gotta get some guys to come race so we can have our own import class and be represented. would anyone be interested? its $20 to race and $5 at the gate to get in and there are money prizes and trophys to give out… fridays are test and tune night while saturday is race night:blah: :blah: :blah:
i raced there years ago very nice folks and not far from Pittsburgh put me in but i am not a import guy. i am sure i could get a few Turbo Buicks to go with me
give me exact days when you want some imports down there and i will try to make it

We were talking about this strip a few days ago at PRP sport compact nite, right? If so, it sounds like a neat place that’s not all that far away.
when they gonne add the other 1/8 of the mile to make it a full 1320?
running 1/8 mile is like having sex wearing a rubber, but deliberatly putting a hole in it.
i doubt they ever do… something about insurance is to expensive or something
oh well, race on what you got. would be fun to have an air cooled bug for 1/8th mile, as it would eb able to hang w/ some big dog v8’s
