I have a friend who is looking to get rid of his set of wheels, they are off a 95 or 96 Jetta with the 4 x 100 pattern, they include tires which are mounted and sized 205/40-16 : fair to good condition- two are newer.
These are 16 x 7 (or maybe 7.5) and the offset is ET40
