The car runs great, very reliable and would make a perfect winter car.

cert and E Tested?
For $400, I doubt it.
I had the car cert. and e tested when i first bought it which was in the beginning of the summer and to my surprise it passed the e test with flying colours. All i had to do to get it certified was change one of the cv boots and fix the reverse lights which is all done now so i dont think it should be a problem getting it certified. All the lights works, horn works, wipers work etc…
