This car is a rolling chassis comes with most parts needed to have it on the road, frame is in decent shape.
The car does not have any major rot and should be easy to get on the road after an engine is swapped in.

it clearly saids its a roller.
rolling chassis doesn`t always mean it starts just means its got wheels suspension etc
and some rollers do
