Black 1990 5 speed Fastback
Car has rustless wingless hatch
PW locks, windows
cruise
a/c works
5 speed doesn’t grind
pretty decent sound system, nothing super fancy though
MINT interior
OEM lip
new brakes in fall, but they squeal right now anyway
good paint on the front half of the car
decent tires, they were new in the fall
Oil changed regularly
The bad:
Rockers are in rough shape
paint on the rear 1/4’s is fading/peeling
bit of rust on strut towers
engine burns a bit of oil when you’re on it
timing chain needs doing, loud when you start it but after a few seconds it quiets down
frame needs a bit of a patch on the drivers side, and the floor near drivers rear outer seat mount needs a patch
needs a windshield
Overall its a pretty decent car, We’ve had it for the last 10 years and we’re the second owners of the car. Its had most of the regular maintenance done, but the car isn’t “mint”.
With a bit of work this could be a good first car for someone who knows what they’re doing, or a good track slut/beater for someone.
