Trying this again. 2000 Ram 1500 Sport with the 5.9L 360
-Quad cab
-Approx. 100kmi (havent checked in a while so Im not 100% on this number)
-Blacked out tail lights
-Blacked out projector headlights
-Black painted factory wheels
-Gibson Sport side exit exhaust (in front of rear pass. tire)
-Magnaflow high flow cat.
-Edelbrock 14"x2" round intake
-plugs/wires/cap/rotor done this past summer
-Auxilary tranny cooler in line with factory
-16" e-fan directly mounted on tranny cooler for added cooling
-Trans temp gauge
-will throw in Superchips programmer with sale
- programmer shaved about .3sec. 1/4 time and added approx. 5mph trap
-Im sure there’s more that i cant think of right now (will add as I remember)
Bad:
-will eventually need plenum gasket replaced. It leaks a little right now, but doesnt affect anything besides a little more oil usage and mileage is slightly decreased.
-dash had typical 2nd gen ram cracked dash syndrome. On a positive note, the dash has been removed which is a major PITA. Putting it back in is much easier by simply leaving out 3 screws that are truly not needed. I can explain more if anyone is interested. A new dash is approx. $300-$400 with a lifetime warranty (cant remember the manufacturer at the moment but I can get it if interested)
-Rear tires have tread but could use replacement as traction is very limited.
I bought the truck about 2.5 years ago for $10,600. Blue book as of today is $6,650 in Good condition which I truly believe it is (needs some work, but nothing more than a few hours wouldnt take care of).
Asking $6k. I just need to pay off my loan so wifey and I can get a house.
