I recently was accepted to medical school. There is a 2000 deposit i had to pay by this Fri 1/10/09. This car is for sale NOT because I dont want to invest a little time and money, but rather because I currently own two cars (this and the eclipse) and i need one gone, preferably this so I can run the eclipse into the ground.

2002 Acura 3.2 CL
47xxx miles
5spd auto
Good:
-Immaculate shape inside and out (seriously you need to see it)
-Black leather, heated seats/mirrors, Silver car, all options except navi
-6 disc Bose Stereo, sunroof
-the mileage
Bad:
-While it has not been officially diagnosed one way or the other, The tranny may or may not be bad. It could be as simple as a bad servo, or as complicated as a full tranny repair. There are cheap (1400-1600) trannys avalible with multi year unlimited mile warrentees.
-Car is a Salvage title. Please refer to below thread for reasons. Cliffs: car was in an accedent with a tree, damage to the right side, no frame damage or engine intrusion, all cosmetic.
I was unlucky enough to just have this happen with in 50 miles of driving it.
Car NADA value with mileage is just shy of 12000 in clen retail form.
With the salvage title, lets call it 50% value: 6000.
Lets assume the worst: tranny is bad: 4500 (less the cost of a 1500 tranny)
I paid just shy of 7000 with taxes and DMV fees.
I will offer it up at [SIZE=4]4500 [/SIZE]and will take offers.
Again. those who know me know im a straight shooting, honest person. My prime concern is financing school and this would be a great car for me under ANY other circumstance. I am only comfortable selling to someone who is made aware of the worst case. The tranny may be fine. I do not have the time or money to fuck around with it. I need one of these cars gone, and i would prefer to keep the ready-to-roll car… the eclipse.
