I am including it as a complete package. Someone is coming to pick it up on monday. check http://www.autopartsonlinecanada.com/ to buy some pads. That is where I got mine from, and they were cheap. I have also heard good things about the axxis/pbr pads, so I am dissapointed that I never got to try them out.
