I have a full set of (4) 4x114.3 25mm spacers. Not hubcentric so you’ll need to torque in sequence when bolting them on.

All 4 will come with open ended lugnuts (Nissan Thread Pitch)

Here’s a picture of (2), the remaining (2) are currently bolted to the car.
