Don’t mean to be a dick but that’s not true- trust me I know 1st hand. Emissions equipment is not exempt until the vehicle is 25 years old, then you can rip all that shit off. Vehicles newer than 25 yrs must pass a ‘visual’ inspection, meaning that all factory emissions test must be in place and “appear” to be in working order. But no, we are not subject to sniffer tests.
