First off, I have an Adire Audio Koda8 8" subwoofer for sale. For anyone not familiar, Adire is a small but reputable company which produces very good subwoofers, among other things. This Koda8 is one of the best 8" subs on the market. I bought it about 3 months ago, and it’s been sitting in my car, which has been garage stored since intsalled, so it’s seen very little play time.

Bought it from thezeb.com about 3.5 months ago. It arrived with one static channel. It only does it sometimes, and acctually worked for the last month consistently I had it in my car (but again, car was in garage, didnt see much play time).
