I’m not in the market, but someone who is would want to know if these are OEM or not, but more importantly, are these for a coupe or sedan (99.9999% sure they’re different, I know the taillights are but I can’t be certain about the front corners)?

They are coupe. The are not OEM, I don’t think? They don’t have a BMW part number on them.
So did you actually buy an e36?
Any markings on the lenses? Do they say DEPO or EagleEye or anything like that?
They don’t say Depo or Eagle Eye or anything on it. They do have some kind of date stamp or manufacturing code or something. They seemed to fit pretty well though, and the gaskets are soft with no dryrot or whatever. The tabs are all there also.
