If you do skip CL and just use FB classifieds, or FB classfieds and Nextdoor. The majority of the stuff I’ve sold in the last couple years has been FB classifieds. I always list it on both and all CL generates is scammer txt’s. Several friends swear by Nextdoor as well.

Just sold a nice built in microwave last night from a FB classifieds lead.

Ah I never even considered Nextdoor.

I haven’t used my FB account in like 2 years. I’m afraid if I log in I’ll start getting 100 daily emails again…

I’ve actually made a mix of sales recently using CL, FB, and Nextdoor. They all took some time but I eventually got the miscellaneous items sold. Had some lowballs along the way but that’s to be expected anywhere.
