well here is what i have the pcitures are in order from the list.
14":
Two: Steelies with Cooper Wintermaster Tires $40 for both. 4x100 bolt patter off a subaru, One will need the valve replaced because it wont take in any air for some reason.

15"
Two: Goodyear Integrity 215/70/15 $15/each
Two: BFGoodrich Touring T/A 205/60/15 $15/each
One: Cooper Winter Tire 215/60/15 $15

16":
Three: Michelin Energi 205/60/16 $15/each
Two: Toyo Proxes 205/65/16 $15/each

17":
One: Goodyear F1 235/45/17 $10

18"
Two: Dunlop Sport 9000 245/45/18 $20 each.

The bolt pattern on ths subaru is a mistake its 5x100. Just to be sure.

i dont know what the original thread are like but they have a good amount they are probably 70-80% thread left. a good amount though. they are in excellent condtion, i dont sell tires that have any kind of problems. if you mount them and notice a problem i would gladly refund you your money.
