Last i remember it was. because i was going to use it on a swap out. But i cannot garuntee it. I dont remember taht far back.

Ill give go 5 for the d series valve covers what exactly is wrong with the cd player? Does it power up? Did it work before? Was it ever inxtalled? Does it come with the orginal harness?Ill take that too so ill give you $7 for both of them
there is only one valve cover.
There is a power strap that connects the 2 facplates and it is ripped so it dosent allow power to the main fave plate. It is also missinf a couple of screws. if you get the screws and the strap it will work fine. I might still have the hrness for it.
