it is a 240mm clutch
from what I read, an sr20 uses a 240mm clutch as well but you should investigate that better before you make a decision

do you what else is need to fit that turbo to a rb20? or would it be a direct fit

RB20 is a t3 flange as well so it will bolt on, but you might need to customize your oil or water lines.
