is the cage the same design as the weld in? and does it have swing outs/lowers side bars?

No swing outs but I believe you would be able to modify it yourself without too much work. They are the slanted easier to get in and out type though. Bolt in is like the weld in just with different adapters on it to accommodate bolts I think. It is in my dads garage in Amherst if you wanted to take a look at it.
