salvage title goes back to an r title once it is restored… not that big of a deal… if the car was ever wrecked i could see how it may pose a problem.

as far as the inspect goes it hasnt been inspected since the salvage title. other wise it would be an r title.

therefore the vehicle can not be legally inspected registered or driven until it obtains a R-title. as of right now you are saying it has a certificate of salvage.
