I have 4 HID bulbs for sale, $40 each. I don’t have a way to test these, but there isnt any reason they shouldnt work.
Bring a car that has HID’s to test or something that can be hooked up somehow.

The other side of one of the bulbs says E4 03X DOT q1k6. They are all the same except two have a silver coating around the lower part of the bulb as shown in the pictures
