What do you mean by ‘one bulb is out’ Are you 100% positive it’s not the ballast?

did that cd player come out of a cobalt at west herr chevy. ill give u 30 for it if it works properly

No, actually it was in a caddilac catera. CD PLAYER is sold. SORRY

Balasts are both good. They can be tested at time of pick up. Bulb broke in accident. One good bulb works in both balasts. Kit was bought from Loudaccord a while back.
