where do these mount to? do you need to have lca’s with sway bar mounting holes?

no they mount to the front of the lcs where the lower control arm bushing mounts to.

are they but up real tight…wonder if my 3"DP and exhaust will get in the way

i have a 4 inch and it clears it. im pretty sure your 3 inch will. plus it runs right under the rad so its close to the front
