I have a brand new, still in bubble wrap Lower Tie Bar for non-Hicas S13/S14/S15. You bolt it to each side of the sub-frame (where the tie arms bolt to the subframe). This will stiffen the rear end and improve handling. I would of used it on my own car, but I have Hicas. The brand is OBX, but any hinged bar is exactly the same, whether you pay 300$ or 100$, if the bar has hinges, it’s exactly the same, the only difference is hinged vs. solid.
