Yep those are S13.
Noteably, I have these coilovers on my car and I know what mine looked like after one seasons which was a LOT worse than what those appear to be in (although thats a pretty damn small picture).
I guess they were likely cleaned up but mine were pretty nasty after only 1000-2000km’s.
