May 85 build date, DRG Chassis with 105 transformer. No stripe. Simul-class, reverb, GEQ. I believe it has the R2 mod, but can’t confirm as its what the previous owner told me. Has an AC power fan as well, which is a bit noisy IMO, but keeps it cool. Small dent in chassis for some reason, but everything is perfect internally. Original tolex in very good shape. I will take many more pictures tonight or tomorrow. Currently loaded with JJ’s E34L’s and 6L6’s (High Gain kit from eurotubes) and 12AX7’s. For my money, this thing nails the MOP tone without any help, just crank and scoop. But excels all around as well. R2 with single coils is heaven IMO.
I will have serial number available later. Its one of the first 500 MKIII’s iirc.
Putting it up for $950 obo, I will clean out all the pots before I ship and give it a good once over. Feel free to make offers. Only trades I’m interested in are for Fargen Mini Plex II or Reeve’s Custom 30 MKII.
Also selling my 2x12 Avatar cab, loaded with 100watt Scumbacks, H75 and M75LHDC. Sounds awesome with the MKIII. I know its an unconventional combo, but the results are fantastic. $500
