I have a set of authentic KEI OFFICE front suspenion with camber plates, and tein HR rear coilover setup for 89-1994 s13 240sx…
These are both height adjustable…
spring rates are 8 on the front ( kei office) and 6 on the rear (tein HR)
Both are in absolutely amazing shape

How low can these coilovers lower a 240

You can make ure rims hit the fenders if u really want to…
but i suggest leaving a 2cm gap…
