FS:MK4 Jetta/Golf heated Gray cloth interior

So I upgraded my interior of my 01 jetta GLS to Black Leather so I have the OEM Gray Cloth interior:

        *Heated front seats (with heater control/switch)
        *Rear Bench (60/40 split)
        *Door Cards (included are all the power switches all functional)

Problems they could use a good cleaning, I will include only the wire harness off the seat forgot to grab the harness off the switch, the bolster on the driver seat is flattened (part of the reason i upgraded.)

Ill take 100or B/O for it all. (figure the switches in the door are probably worth that)
