is the 3 bar for any GM???
It’s for any vehicle with a modified ECU/M to be tuned using a 3Bar map sensor.
This one is GM. Some are AC-Delco/Delphi/Hondata/etc

Yes and no. Cobalts use a 2.5 bar sensor which is scaled different and is physically smaller than the standard 3 bar. You can get a duramax 3.5 bar if you need a bigger drop in for you car but I don’t see how it’d ever be necessary…
