FS: Pair of Falken FK452's in 245/45/18

Like the title says I have some Falken FK452 almost new 245/45/18. What does almost new mean? I only rolled around on them for about a month and I am asking $250 for both. I checked the tread debth with my tread tool and they are exact same as when I bought them.

I am located in Edmonton and can get pics if needed
