Its a Panasonic VDR-D105 mini DVD Palmcorder, it comes with the charger, lithium ion battery, ac adaptor, USB cable, AV cable, 1 DVD ram disc, original box, manual, …the DVD ram disc can play in dvd players as well.
The Palmcorder works perfect, little scratches on the one side (barely), battery works perfect long life… Palm corder is very small and fun and has a nice lcd screen and file management on it. No scratches on lens, and has lense cover.
Does not come with software, but you can download it for free off the panasonic web site.
