Pioneer 6 disc CD changer

Taken off my own car, so I know it still works great. All install hardware is included. Asking $50
can that be hooked up to a stock radio?
Oh, I forgot to mention. I had it hooked up through the radio antenna before. So it works by tuning into a certain radio frequency. So it will work for any radio.
