other then the Defi gauges that are universal, the only thing that I can see fitting S13 is the Nismo Strut Tower Bar (I was told it would fit S13 as well, but never tried)
The ARC BOV can be made to fit depending how you route your pipings, it’s just that the mounting bracket is made to fit an S14, but it can be unbolted to fit into any BOV flange,
other then they mount on the front shock tower on both sides to work like a 3 point front bar(but not all cars have the space to fit a 3 point bar), to increase ridgity of the body of the front suspension, and they also increase braking response from reducing the upward flex of the front shock towers. You can still mount a 2 point shock tower bar over these with no problem.
I don’t have much more info for them… they are a very popular item in Japan, simple in design, but yet nobody here in north america will copy them because of the strange angles involved in the pieces.
They may seem very thin in the picture, but they are not thin at all… very solid pieces
