I’m feeling for both Baldy and antosh. Shitty situation. As far as a small claims court pleaseeee. Yes Baldy would probally win and get a judgement. That judgement would end up in the hands of the county sherriff’s Who (trust me on this) arent exactly gonna run right out to serve it for $250.00. When they do antiosh will say i dont have the money and they will give him time to come up with it. This is a long process Baldy might see his money in a year or two. You are better off trying to work this out with antosh.
BTW antosh whenever you buy something off someone and they want to meet you in a parking lot, something’s not right. Honest people that sell stuff have no problem with you comming to thier house to pick it up. in the future at least get a plate # off the car they are driving
