Everything is in their boxes, the stereo kit and antenna adapter are like new. The CD player however has some problems, the buttons on the faceplate function other things (example, volume button might control track selection) The remote control works everything just fine thought (thats how i was using it for awhile till i replaced it) I should also add that the CD player has the wiring adapter for a 97 grand am on it (whatever else that hooks up to i dont know) With this in mind the CD player is being sold AS IS.
