ok phone is in OK condition. some scratches and stuff, comes with a 32mb card and charger. THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH THE PHONE IS THE WHEEL BUTTON DOES NOT WORK. you can still use the wheel just cant use the button feature. I will sell this for $50. it is avaliable tomarrow.
yeah the wheel was a problem on some of the sidekicks, I had my wheel stop working and they replaced the phone under warrenty, GLWS.

lol comes with a charger yes, its in a hard case so its protected well i dont take it out
