will these fit on a 18x10 wheel without bulging too much?
Yes they will be fine, 18x10 is a good size for that tire-

I have 265/35/18 as it stands and sidewalls are fairly flush with the rim seat, so I think it just might…confirmation?
I’m sure they will fit, might be a bit of a bulge like a normal tire, nothing close to a stretch if that’s what your looking for- i just googled that tire size and the rim width 8.5 and it looks normal to me
