One is fully functional without a problem the other has a clocked out image on the screen.

EDIT: My bad… after some research it seems this would be nothing more than a phone with a keyboard on AT&T service… do you know if it would be possible after unlocked with a AT&T sim card in it to go online/AIM/email?
