Basically a 2-D Physics sandbox game. If you can think of something apparently it can be made. Rigidbody, and fluid physics. Looks like all kinds of freeware fun.
Examples:
Kinda reminds me of the MIT whiteboard that you can draw stuff on and is a physics engine itself that can do simple gravity/momentum type simulations.
