There was a pickup truck full of a family of Mexicans and a wheel barrel in the road with other Mexicans working in the yard… and it wasn’t in the US?
Had that family been here illegally, they could have sued the state for the faulty highway, and their government sponsored health care could have possibly saved that girls life. Toyota would have certainly been sued too.
