when i was in Cali back in Jan and driving around with the windows down you could hear people driving around and bald crappy tires… people’s cars just are not equipped to handle a couple inches of snow anywhere where it doesnt snow like that very often. combined with inexperience and an ill-prepared car these situations don’t surprise me at all.
