Welcome to the Southern Tier of NY. This was about 10 miles from my house. One of the guys at work passed it when it was pulled over and snapped a picture. I believe they were heading to Interstate Auto Parts/. Not sure how it got up there, but I have seen that truck around carrying scrap before.

if you like golf carts drifting, you probably would like the videos I ran across once of guys drifting big wheels down curvy mountain roads. They put a real bicycle wheel on front and leave the plastic wheels on back. Looks fun!
