When the DD on the stock was more emoji than not, I knew it was time to bounce. I’m slightly upset I left 10k on the table waiting an extra day but it is what it is.
Honestly though, I wouldn’t be surprised if something still happened.
I left one share in. If it hit’s 1000$ I’ll get a diamond the size of a dime added to my tattoo collection.

I thought the whole thing around WSB was loss porn anyway. And they chanted “one of us” when someone posted their child’s college fund in the red after a YOLO. So I’m not surprised at the bag holding.
I wonder how much money was made shorting stock even more when the price was artificially high.

Exactly. Think about that shorting at $400 versus $4 knowing it is a temporary market spike. I still think the concept is internet troll hilarious but it also allowed for shorting with a much greater upside.

IIRC, it was “3 years out of college” life savings.
i chuckled at 3 years out of college and the world being over.
When I was a toddler, 3 years out of college and little to no life savings, I got married, and bought a house with my pregnant wife who had lost her job for being sick all the time. Walking to work uphill both ways and snowing 340 days of the year etc. etc.
