All honesty, Bush did not bring the economy to this. Ya he was a shitty president but I really do believe that anyone in office could not have stopped this. This was the result of issue upon issue that piled up and now it emerges.

There is no law that stops congress from manipulating the market.
Example: Not passing legislation then dumping millions of dollars into the market only to pass legislation the next day.
