Game Over (Game On?) for Financial Markets?

That sounds fun so long as I’m not the guy out there in the world shorting stocks.

I cashed out half during after hours, letting other half ride, but not to 1000+

If everyone sells at 1000+ someone will be left holding the bag

I don’t have the balls to risk being that guy

There’s a lot of redditors talking about how their finance degrees never mentioned anything like this ever happening lol

IDK what’s all going on with this, but I’m seeing it mentioned in places where I wouldn’t take investing advice, lol.

As much as I want a lambo, I am not going to hold for lambo money lol

I think this is going to change wallstreet permanently

new rules will be implemented on retail investors

I don’t think the SEC can do anything to wallstreetbets, how are you going to sue username yourmomslefttitty69?

wallstreetbets is now going to expose so many holes in companies, squeezes etc, people (including myself) will be looking for the next big thing to make money on

Black Berry seems to be the next target

AMC…holy shit.

Bought in 5.5 option at .54 on monday…right now I’m in the Miata turbo money.

It’s a pretty basic concept people are buying heavily shorted stocks and whammy

Not a long term hold or anything like that but lots of chances to double/triple/etc and if you’re not greedy pull initial money back out.

i put a couple grand into BB and NOK for fun.

i may throw a few hundo at a share or two of GME just to say i participated in all of this madness.

Man I’ve been in Nokia literally for years.

i had $500 cdn in cash in on eof my trading accounts and bought a share of GME at market ($327 USD) just to do my part

So, trying to search stocks on Robinhood and it’s not allowing me to search for any stocks while giving me a “server error”. How convenient that is just before the markets open today.

I can now search, however AMC Entertainment is now not listed when searching. Something is up.
Noticed the same about gamestop.

BB, NOK, GME and AMC have been pulled from Robinhood. Reddit/Twitter are losing their minds over this.

If you have an account on Robinhood and want to buy something that’s still available there just google “robinhood stockname” and use the direct link from there until they resolve their search API issue.

Wow Robinhood just decided it didn’t want to be a company anymore lol

They removed the ability to buy GME and several others hour or so before market open…The hell they’re gonna catch from Reddit and users dropping it will be epic.

So, robinhood was how all the kiddies buy stock these days?
Edit: How long before you need a license to buy maybe even own stock.
