Np Phill,
Sorry about taking so long with the spare, i’m still pretty sick but I got some antibiotics today so I should be good soon then we can meet up lol. The fans are from A/C I believe, I have 2 tho. Let me know if you want 1 or 2. I also have 2 shrouds. So if anyone else is interested I have doubles of each item, but i’ll hold one of each for Phil. Cheers.
i might neeed an electric fan cuz the fan on my kouki is loud as hell lol im going to have it checked out. which fan kicks in after u drive? motor fan or electirc fan cuz on the 98 240s theres two fans no?
Yup thats correct. But you can use them as electric rad fan to replace clutch fan too. What I did is take off clutch fan, mount electric fan with some ghetto son brackets. Then I went to PI and picked up a thermo relay kit. Comes with a probe you just slide through the rad between the fins. Then goes to a relay and you wire the fan to that and a 12v source. Then when the rad gets too hot the fans will turn on and turn off when it goes back down. You can also regulate when you want them to turn on. They should only turn on at idle, while your driving there should be no need.
