Its guaranteed to work, and boot into windows.
Buying a crap ass laptop on ebay, cross your fingers
Just trying to save some people some money… and even make NYspeed a little…
I’m a reliable local source, whereas ebay is a crap-shoot

Its a good deal for anyone wanting in on the deal. They can spend $70 on the laptop and get the $300 rebate. Making them $230 ahead if they do the trade in.
 to Clean Baldy for offering
That all depends on what you’ve got,I’ve bought a couple off NYspeeder’s.
One that was like 2.8ghz and fully pimped for $400.
A dell p4 1.6ghz one a few weeks back for $150.
This looks tough to get by under terms and conditions…

ok, so help me decide here:
i have a laptop that has pretty much run its course. windows xp but it came with me. so ever since i uploaded xp on it it hasnt really run the same. i am not computer savvy so i dont care to look into the issues…besides that, someone stepped on the keyboard when they were drunk. i dont have a desk so it stays on my floor…anyways, the keys dont work unless you have a peripheral keyboard attached, it is weird. so i can trade that in…it is about 4-5 years old, 20 gig HD pretty good everywhere else…for 500.00
or go the clean baldy route, pay 200 more and keep the dell and try and salvage it. what would you do?

and the fact that I don’t trust Sony, as a corporation, with a mail in rebate over $20.
It’s absolutely a good deal otherwise.
Thanks for posting this (Camaro)Joe, I let a few other people know.
Sold out.
For now
